BTW, As You know that on May 5, 2011, Nicole Scherzinger was announced as one of two co-hosts of the first season of the American version of Simon Cowell's The X Factor alongside Steve Jones, set to premiere on FOX in September 2011.

In reference to Her Name is Nicole she said "It was actually my decision not to put it out, not the label's".

Then Nicole Scherzinger said "I've been working with RedOne, which is an honour. He's an unbelievable producer and musician. He had made some amazing songs with Lady GaGa. Contactmusic has reported that singersongwriter Ne-Yo who previously worked with Scherzinger on "Happily Never After" and "Save Me From Myself" is working with the singer again. He said "she is putting all her energy into her work". He was also quoted as saying

“Nicole Scherzinger is in a state of liberation right now so the tracks are very free. She is in a place where she is happy to be alive and the tracks are definitely expressing that. The whole album is going to be a pressure release - a great big exhale - and I'm happy about that. She has a lot of emotions after splitting up with Lewis (Hamilton). But it's like taking an eagle and giving it back its wings. ”

Nicole Scherzinger and Jay Sean.. On January 26, 2010 it was revealed that Jay Sean and Scherzinger were both working on something in the studio together. The video was originally posted to twitter but has been uploaded to the general internet too and shows the pair having a good time at Hit Factory (Criteria) record studios in Miami, Floria.

In the video Nicole Scherzinger reveals she has been recording in the studio which Mariah Carey created some of her best known material as well as 'Studio F' where Sean recorded "Down" with Lil Wayne and where Scherzinger previously laid down vocals for Timbaland's hit single "Scream" with Keri Hilson.

The pair also made note to T-Pain and Lil Wayne who were present at the studio. Nicole Scherzinger and Slash' collaboration project has been teased since last week following Nicole and the former guitarist of rock band Guns N' Roses' duet performance on October 2 during the 20th anniversary of The Mirage Resort and Casino at Bare Pool Lounge in Las Vegas. "Whatever U Like" is a pop-R&B song written by American singer Nicole Scherzinger, Clifford Harris, Jr., Jamal Jones, and Sean Garrett for Scherzinger's debut solo album, Her Name Is Nicole (2009). It features rapper T.I. and moreover contains uncredited vocals by Garrett. The song was released in July 2007 to U.S. radios and uses the same composition and the same instrumental as Chilli's unreleased song "Straight Jack" featuring Missy Elliott. This song is first solo single by Nicole.Many fans speculated that an early leaked Bryan-Michael Cox-produced song entitled "Steam" would be the first single, but in an April 2007 interview Scherzinger stated that "Steam" wouldn't even be on the album. Later, "Whatever U Like" was confirmed as the first single. She performed the song with Lil Wayne on MTV due to T.I. being unable. Sean Garrett performs his opening sequence as Scherzinger is captured and concealed within a box, where she performs the first verse and chorus, before escaping the box. Scenes of Scherzinger floating through water (similar to Tamia's video for "Stranger in My House") are interspersed with her dancing before a spotlighted stage, and performing in front of a black background. Throughout the next chorus, Scherzinger is shown walking along a bench covered in steaming stones. During T.I.'s rap, the two are concealed in the box, with Scherzinger seductively crawling all over him. Next Scherzinger is shown covered in mud before standing beneath a shower washing it off. Different shots of the singer from the previous scenes are spliced together throughout the next chorus. Scherzinger is now shown in a black leather outfit during Sean Garrett's verse dancing before a backdrop, with spotlights shining on her, spliced with scenes of the producer rapping, her former assailants now dance in front of her. The video ends with Scherzinger leaving the backdrop.

A 36 second introductory clip, followed by the full video leaked before its world premiere on Total Request Live and 106 & Park as of August 20, 2007.
